"I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! They swapped out our broken old water heater for a high-quality tankless model (worth around $3k) and didn’t even ask for half down upfront. They also relocated my current water softener to its proper spot (the last company had installed it wrong), set up my Aquasana filtration system with UV light and installed new valves under my sinks. They handled everything from start to finish: purchasing all the materials themselves (including the water heater, pex pipe, fittings, wood, screws, and more), completing the install of the new one, they even hauled away the old one and made sure everything was working perfectly before even mentioning payment. Trent was very knowledgeable, informative, attentive to detail and explained pros and cons for both types and very transparent about everything. He was able to get all supplies today and come back in about 90 minutes and completely take out old tank and install new Navien tankless water heater including updated to code plumbing and exhaust vent.
