"From the 1st minute that we spoke with Grade Solutions, they were knowledgeable, friendly and gave suggestions. The problem that we needed fixed was for our townhome where we had a huge water pipe leak from our townhouse, but that was between our next 2 door neighbors down from us because of the way that the pipes in this development were laid. 10,000 gallons a month was wasting because of the leak. The leak was somewhere under our neighbors 2 AC units. A regular repair would have to disconnect those AC units and dig under them, making our neighbor's yards a muddy mess. Grade Solutions came in and quickly and ran a 145 ft. water line from the meter to our house using directional boring. There was no disturbing of our neighbor's yards. Grade Solutions did a great job of making the area look like nothing ever happened. We highly recommend them for their fast, courteous & knowledgeable service. They saved us alot of headache and worry because we didn't even have to do anything in our neighbor's yards. They were excellent in explaining the whole process & how things went as they completed it."

Ryan was pitching me the other services you provided & fast talking.He even talked me into also replacing the reducing valve for safety reasons ($309.00) Raiden also installed that valve and did an excellent job. The prices seemed steep even with the Veterans discount, but Raiden's service was impeccable and appreciated."

They also relocated my current water softener to its proper spot (the last company had installed it wrong), set up my Aquasana filtration system with UV light and installed new valves under my sinks.
