"When I contracted with Dave, he gave me estimates that included what it would cost if no posts needed replacement or if posts did need replacement. Upon inspection, Dave said that no posts needed to be replaced. He did repairs on 3 posts & replaced the bottom trim on all 4 posts. He then repainted all the posts & fascia. I was so happy with his honesty,work & reliability (he kept all appointments, reminded me when he was coming & arrived on time) that I am contracting with him to do some other jobs around the house."

"Tim and his crew were great. They came right as expected, were professional, clean and prompt. It took about 1.5 to 2 hours, but it also helped that our tank was empty and there was nothing to pump out. They had to cut it a few more times because of our narrow row home, but they got the job done quickly and without any debris through the house. Highly recommend them. <br />"

"Install guys were nice and clean. They did forget to seal the gas exhaust pipe properly. A tech came back out that night to seal the PVC piping after I called them about it. Nice reaction but letting carbon monoxide exhaust leak into my basement in the first palce was not a quality job. The salesperson while polite was not aware that the three zone heating on my existing equipment was not compatible with the new Carrier system to be installed. Rather than confirm it with his manager he stated specifically that there would be no problem and the techs would demonstrate the zone heating before they left. Halfway thru the install the techs let me know that the zone controls would not work with the new system and I had to pay extra to make that work. Ok, lesson learned, never accept what the salesperson says only what they write on the order. Eventually I paid for the new board to be installed. Of course the new board is a special order and a week later and multiple calls I still do not have a date for if and when the install will be completed even though I have paid in full. Why the Install team does not confirm that the equipment is on order and when it might be installed is beyond me. I am patient but they need to keep the customer informed. As to the new Carrier Heat Pump and Gas furnace. Working beautiful now that they have sealed the exhaust pipe."

"I wanted to have a small window in attic replaced. Called to see if this is something Mr Mike does. He came out, looked it over, and said he could take care of it for me. Mike searched for the right window replacement, ordered it for me, and when the time came took out the old window and installed the new one perfectly. ....A nice guy whose services I would recommend and would use again if the need arises."
