"While many other companies tried to give me an estimate on the phone, after my initial call, the Company sent Gary, who checked my garage door opener and told it needed replacement. I got one another company come and see the opener, and he also said it needed replacement. So I decided to go with Gary, who was very nice and answered all my questions about costs and using their coupon. The replacement went very well and fast. However, on the same day, in the evening, the new opener stopped working. I called the company and got Gary come over again next day. He found that the wiring inside the wall of our garage had failed, and then he installed new wires on the wall of the garage to make the opener working again. I am very happy with all he did for me to have a new working garage door opener. Gary was alway on time and gave me a call exactly 20 minutes before his arrival. Cesar V. was installer. He notified me he was on his way. He arrived on time. Cesar carefully installed new doors in an ancient garage. He was efficient. Cleaned up after himself. Cesar explained clearly how to maintain doors. He reassured me any faults found in door will be fixed under warranty. Very happy with new garage doors."
