"Had our 1st complete HVAC system installed on March 18th/19th. I must say that we received outstanding professional service. The technicians arrived 5-10 minutes early each morning to prep for the tasks @ hand. During Day 1, it was a windy cold day with torrential rain. Even with the inclement weather they mad sure that our gas furnace was completed before leaving for the day, to ensure we had heat. Day 2 they completed the air handler install in about a 1/2 a day. Was amazing of the quickness and quality of work that was performed in just a short period of time. I can't praise enough of how polite and courteous that both technicians were and answered any questions I had. We will definitely have Wicomico Heat & Air perform future PM services. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue!
