"Everything was done in a timely manner, areas were left clean everyday and Miguel Martinez always communicated with us every step of the way. We love our new bathrooms. They took both bathrooms down to the studs, replaced the bathtub and fully tiled the tub area and the wall behind the vanity and installed vanities, mirrors, lighting and exhaust fans. In our bathroom, they removed a fiberglass insert shower and rebuilt a fully tiled shower with a bench and two niches. We would highly recommend Miguel Martinez and Smart Flooring and remodeling solutions. P.S. - During our remodeling we found some water damage to our outside wall, Miguel was able to connect us with a crew that could make the repairs we needed. "We couldn't be happier with the finished project of our screened in porch and new deck!! It came out even more beautiful than we imagined. The wide screen system gives us unobstructed views of our property and the new deck is perfect. What we noticed immediately about Sergio and his crew was their attention to detail. Triple measuring to ensure accuracy, always consulting with us along the way and willing to make changes when we wanted to alter the plans. Sergio is so patient, as we changed our plans several times before we decided on the screen room. We can't say enough about the professionalism and talent of Sergio and his crew. Their work ethic is admirable. They are kind and respectful. At the end of the day the area was always cleaned and debris picked up. Our new deck and screen room is so solid and sturdy. And it looks like it's been here since the day we built our house 14 years ago. It doesn't look like it was just added on. That's how well it blends in. Everyone that comes over says the same thing! Also the county inspector said said it was rare that such a big project only had a couple minor things that needed to be tweaked. You will not be sorry if you hire these guys. "I am highly please with the work Steve did on my house! I wanted a door put in where a window was located (part one of a project I'm working on). He came by my house first, looked over what I wanted, and knew exactly what he needed to do. My job was completed in one day! He removed all trash and made sure the area was cleaned afterwards. The door he added looks fantastic and what I had in mind. He reminded me that it was a good idea to have because it can be used for an exit in case of fire on the other side of the house! "Ultimately our project needs and the way our neighborhood is priced did not lend itself to using Masterbuilders (or any other contractor).  We have decided to move and bulild new elsewhere.  However, we will definitely consider using them for any future projects down the road and we highly recommend considering their services - give them a chance to pitch their story and ideas, if you are in your home for the long run, paying a little extra for quality and professionalism is definitely the wise choice. <br />"
