"Without a significant hitch, and the minor ones that will ALWAYS crop up in a project this size were handled quickly, professionally, and to my satisfaction. Haines began fairly quickly after bid accepted, and worked tirelessly to arrange for demolition and major carpentry, building his own external stairs to window so as to avoid bringing construction material/debris through house. Timing of carpentry, roofing, hvac, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, cabinets/countertops choice and installation, and flooring was well-coordinated with no down-time. Very happy with finished project, and will be using Haines on smaller master bath remodel."

"Outstanding work, what ever you need done they were able to complete it at a timely manner. I needed a safe and affordable deck and they did just that. Plus Scott and his team went out of their way to over build to make sure we were safe but also make it aesthetically pleasing. Anything that came along they kept us informed and make sure we were educated to make the right decisions. Very pleased with their work and can’t wait to call them back to do more home Reno. You won’t be disappointed."

"Bill and Billy were very professional and efficient with the projects I had at my home. They built me and 2 car garage and deck off the back of my house. Pricing was very fair and the quality of their work was top notch. They're family owned and operated. I highly recommend them as a general contractor and builder for any home projects."

"From this point forward, this company will be my go-to for any home repairs I need. We were looking for a trash can fenced enclosure that was installed rather poorly a few years ago. Our handyman, Jose (jose@charlotte), was attentive, thorough, and dedicated to the best outcome for our family. He arrived on time, remained a consummate professional, and helped us make the best decisions for our improvement project. We are so pleased with the outcome. Thank you, Jose, and thank you, Cransten. Moving forward, this will be my go-to home improvement company!"

"Carlos, Edgar and his son did an amazing job painting and repairing our wood cabinets. We were looking for an economical refresh for our dated kitchen. The team painted our cabinets, added hardware and did some repairs to the wood. Carlos was in touch every step of the way even when he went out of the country on vacation. We are more than pleased with the results and feel as though we have a new kitchen for a fraction of the cost! We will definitely use this company for future projects! We give them an A+!! Thank you!"

"I had a very small job involving siding repair. Not many companies would bother with such a little job but they got the work done and it looks great!"

"I couldn't be happier with the results. Joe and Shannon’s team did a terrific job on my driveway and sidewalks.. they went the extra mild for our new home..very professional, on time, quality workmanship and I'm very satisfied with outcome. Will highly recommend to family and friends. MAY THE WORKS OF YOUR HANDS BE BLESSED CONTINUALLY!!"

"He repainted my home, did repairs that needed to be done. He redid my front porch that was falling apart and ower washed all my brick on the house. I was impressed and extremely happy with his work. I would definitely hire him again to do any work I need done. And I have more work to be done"
