"It was very good. He was prompt, shows up when he said he would, and did what he said he would do for less money than he said."

"Everything was great! They were amazing to work with. They guided me through the process and gave needed advice through experiences from other jobs. I thought that I was an experienced builder until I met these guys. I was so pleased with the job that I paid over the estimated price. Great people!!"

"We are extremely pleased with the work done by C&S. Eddie is a true craftsman, and it shows! The carport and porch they built for us exceeded our expectations in quality and price. All I had to do was show Eddie a printout of the carport we liked, and he made it happen. He and Sheila walked us through the customizations we wanted and even suggested a few more! We were so pleased that we hired them to build two decks on the back of our home. I know who to call if I ever need more construction work on my home. Highly recommend!"

It all started with a trip to the Azores of Portugal. RTA's co-founder went there to meet his wife's family… And had his first encounter with an outdoor kitchen. The charm of that kitchen went far beyond providing meals. It served as an inviting gathering space, and offered moments to break bread together.\n\nThe inspiration from that outdoor kitchen was bottled up and shipped back to the US. Unfortunately, there was a lack of accessible options in America in the early 2010's. Someone needed to rethink the conventional approach of construction. Thus began the journey, with a goal of remastering the outdoor kitchen.

"This spring in Dallas was **** for rain and wind, and I was starting to lose some ties on my roof. I called Jess, because his business has been a long-term supporter of the Dallas Harlequins, and he got me set up with my insurance, and the process was on with this request: "As soon as the weather allows, gitter done" (because for weeks, you couldn't). And that he did. He started work on Friday, June 7, got nearly all of it done in one day, but was cut off by my neighbor at 7PM, because "it's 7PM" and she was adamant. I'm tremendously grateful that Jess came and finished the job Saturday morning, because we all know what the storm-pocalypse was like on Sunday, June 9. I suspect there are still neighborhoods that are recovering. I can't imagine the damage that might have been done to an unfinished roof. So thanks, Jess for getting after this and following through to gitter done! (Plus, with the radiant barrier, my electrical bill is down, and the new tiles are so much more massively durable, I can be confident in another very long run before roofing maintenance.)"

"Great work replacing big box window."

"They did many remodel projects over the course of six or eight years."

"The job was actually to replace siding next to an upper roof. They did a fantastic job, were very professional, and fast!"

"Overall they are doing a great job. There were a few delays that I felt unnecessary. We are still waiting on our cabinets !! And make sure you put every detail in the contract, because they forget things that I told them. They are very willing to go to any measure to please, and be flexible. And I made a lot of changes and added things after the fact, and Lesley always agreed and did all the add on's and gave us a fair price. They were very honest and I feel confident that when the job is finished, I will be very satisfied with all the work"

"I think they were extremely trustworthy."
