"On Saturday night, we discovered our water heater was no longer working. Upon inspection, we found that it had been leaking for quite some time. When we called Aramendia, they were ready to send someone out right away but we opted to wait until Sunday morning. When their team arrived, they were prompt and adherent to Covid 19 regulations. They explained their diagnosis of the problem and ,as we had suspected, told us we needed a new water heater. They gave us several options with pros and cons and prices, educated us on new state requirements, and ultimately installed a quality water heater that I hope will last a long time. In addition, they gave us some basic maintenance instructions to help keep it running better and longer. They were respectful of our property, professional in their manner, and left the site clean and neat."
