After our insurance gave us incorrect information about sending payments, it was Sam’s intervention that ultimately resulted in the insurance company paying the claim. Additionally, Sam’s entire team was extremely efficient and professional. Due to the widespread damage caused by the water we had to have dry wall cut and replaced, flooring replaced, doors/trim and baseboards replaced and all the affected areas had to be re-painted.
