"Chris did a fantastic job. His work is first class, a real craftsman with attention to detail. His price if fair and he honored the agreement. Installing replacement windows in an 80 year old house is not an easy job. Chris provided a suggestion for a manufacturer which proved great. He has extensive knowledge in window and door replacement and was a pleasure to work with. We are happy."

"There are always businesses that stand out from the rest, and that describes Foothill Painting very well. After seeing their excellent work on a neighbor's home, as well as other positive reviews on Angie's List we contacted them for a complete repainting of our house, including a detached three car garage and some interior walls and trim. From the very first meeting with Kevin, one of the co-owners, we knew we were in good hands. All their crew members are regular employees, not sub-contractors. One painter told us that he has been with Foothill for eleven years. The estimate was detailed and professional. They not only painted... They also did quite a bit of stucco and window glazing repair. The prep work was meticulous. What we appreciated the most was their attitude that they would do whatever it took to make sure we were satisfied. Too bad so many businesses don't understand the value of that! Also, they were very careful when moving things out of the way and the cleanup was great. We're sure that there are some other painters who would have submitted a lower bid but, as always, you really do get what you pay for. We feel that we chose the best, and they didn't break our bank."

"They did a great job. We were really impressed with how responsive they were - they came and gave us an estimate while the shower was still being built and installed the glass as soon as it was possible to do so - so there was no delay at all. Very happy with the end result."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Sutton's Glass and Mirror for the installation of new windows at my home, and I am thrilled to give them a resounding 5-star review. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, their professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were truly outstanding."

"I've used them for over two decades."

"Great work. Everything was accomplished in the time frame provided. Price and quality very good. Installation crew went out of their way to ensure the mirror was spotless before they left."

"Everything was done quickly and professionally. Precise Home Builders were excellent to work with, they listened to our concerns and always came up with great ideas on what we could do. I was / am very happy with the work that Dino and his team did for us in just under 3 months. They even worked well and patiently with the city inspectors. I couldn't have asked for more... easy to work with, no headaches, and everything was done quickly without sacrificing quality. I am so happy that we found Precise Home Builders, and I would definitely hire them again for any additional remodeling work that we have."

"We bought a home that had a broken back bedroom window. I called him, he came out and took the measurements. The window frame also, had to be replaced - he ordered it and when it came in, he came out and put it in. He did a great professional job! I definitly would use him again! The window looks great!"
