"**Robert was very calm, cool, and collected!!!! I got a call from my tenant at about 1p on a Sunday afternoon, that her kitchen ceiling was leaking water. I suspected there was a plumbing issue right away, and I reached out to Robert. Instantly, Robert said he would go take a look after he completed his job across town. Heroically, Robert made it there in about 30 mins and discovered the issue was a clogged pipe, and used all his tools in his belt to help me clear the clogged drain issue. Long story short -- he fixed everything before 3p 😮😮😮 Thank you Robert!! You are the man!! I will call you without hesitation moving forward!!! "
