"Ray came out on the Saturday evening of Memorial Day weekend. He replaced the condenser on my GE Monogram fridge, which several other companies had told me they do not work on. I was at a loss as far as what to do until Ray called and said he was in the area, so he would come look, diagnose, and give an estimate. I had to have it fixed as it had already been several days of unsuccessfully trying to find someone to repair it. He had the part in his truck and very efficiently and quickly replaced the part. He was very polite and well informed as well. He told me exactly what he was doing throughout the process, and gave tips on how to keep it running optimally. Very pleased! "Due to a storm and fallen tree my electricity was out all day and when it came back on the GFI receptacle was not working. I had pressed the red button to reset it several times with no luck. I called Joseph late Monday afternoon and he was able to fit me in the next afternoon. He was punctual and very friendly and professional. He pressed the the red button on the GFI and it reset just fine. I guess a women's touch wasn't working in this situation... He was so kind and said that he would not charge me for coming out. What a nice gesture on his part!!! I did tip him though. Needless to say I have saved him to my favorites!!"

"The Harrison brothers are great. First they installed the venting in the attic and then once the new kitchen cabinets were in place, they installed the new over stove fan. The only reason I gave a "B" on responsiveness is that there was one time when I had to call twice before getting a call back. The "B" on quality is because the taping where the pipe meets the cabinet could have been neater, but in reality it's in an upper cabinet so you don't even see it. The communication, scheduling and work went smoothly and we are satisfied.

"On their first visit out they attempted to replace a part (no charge to me) to get the faucet to stop leaking but the faucet was was just too old and needed replacement.  They advised me on local places to go to find a replacement and I wound up getting a fantastic deal on a new faucet.  They installed it very quickly and threw in a soap dispenser for me.  I would definitely use these folks again."
