"Understandably and as expected all HVAC contractors were on high demand and all booked up for several days out, so no one in the area was available until the following week at the earliest. We called Mr. Diego Utor and lime everyone else he was also all booked up; however, he added us to his already full day and said he would do his best to stop over. Diego kept his word and arrived late afternoon that very same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be a bad capacitor. He replaced the part and also checked the refrigerant level for us. Diego Utor is responsive, courteous, honest and his rates are very reasonable for his services. I would highly recommend HVAC Utor Services to anyone for all of their heating and air conditioning needs, whether it's repairs, routine maintenance, or new service installations."

"Sal from ABC Cooling and Heating came a day after I called the company (I got an appointment with them 5 minutes after sending the email requesting an appointment). He was professional and pleasant. He explained to me how to clean the filters in my furnace and how to install them back in place, thus saving me $200. I appreciated his advice, as I really didn't want to spent that money on him simply just washing the filters, a do-it-yourself job, if the home owner is able to do it. At the end, we were able to replace a bad capacitator and figure out that the compressor worked just fine with this new part. I paid $234 for the capacitator, $59 for the home visit and labor and got 10% off as a member of Angie's list. I am not sure if it was a good price or not for the capacitator (I didn't check prices online), but I was perfectly happy with the job and Sal. I think that $59 was a good price for the labor, considering that you have to pay this fee anyways for the diagnostic/home visit."

"The technicians that came to install our HVAC system were super friendly and accommodating to my many requests about locations of the furnace, vent pipes, the condenser wiring, piping, and the condenser itself. When I asked for a 90 degree boot feeding two registers so the piping could stay high, a technician made a run to a store and found them. I want to give a shout out to Danny Aguilar who installed the furnace with Edgar and Victor. Grant Duran with Jose and Richard did an amazing job installing the vent pipes. Finally Adolph Garcia with Gabriel and later several other technicians I previously mentioned all worked to install the AC system (condenser and its plumbing + electrical). They worked late into the day to complete the job. I was very demanding in where I wanted things installed and requested changes on a regular basis but in all cases I was accommodated."

"Fantastic! Romeo and Efram were prompt, explained everything, and showed me exactly what they were going to do. My attic was a disaster, the insulation had been ripped to shreds, there were animal feces everywhere, if I remember correctly there was also a dead rat up there somewhere. The ducts were old and ripped and worthless as far as maintaining a consistent temperature in the house. it was absolutely disgusting. They really had to work their butts off to get it all done right. They put up plastic to contain the area so no particulate escaped into the air and contaminate the rest of the house. They showed me the insulation and explained how it was being put in. They explained why they put in disinfectant, and what type of disinfectant they use, that it was all natural and nontoxic. (I even looked online to see how well it worked - reviews were great) They cleaned all debris so thoroughly it didn't look like we had any work done. It was awesome. After a few hours, when it was done they had me go up into the space and, WOW, it looked brand new. I was floored. When we turned on the a/c and the heat it didn't feel like each room was a different temperature zone, everything worked perfectly. My husband and I were thrilled. Honestly, you couldn't find two more professional and lovely gentleman to have work in your home. I have already recommended Attic Masters to four of my neighbors because I have so much faith that the company and their employees will do a professional and thorough job. I love this company and couldn't be happier."
