"I am so happy that I hired Modern Air! Prompt, courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I couldnt have asked for better. Tom is a wonderful person in addition to his work ethics. I am never going to use anybody else from here on out. He doesnt try to up sell you or get you to get on their contract program and, he finds the problem and addresses that . In this record heat and being a Saturday didnt deter him I am blessed to have found Tom with Modern Air. He repaired my ac unit. Hallelujah! My unit is only 3 yr old but the idiot company that installed it did it improperly, didnt register it, left all kinds of debris in attic and would NEVER service it. All they want is $$$for new install and leave you hi n dry. Do not use Joe Hope Fl. West Coast A C!! I had to have the ac unit replaced in another house and I called Modern A C again in August of 2020 He is amazing! He came quickly and tore out old and installed new. Very professional. Got a permit. Registered unit. Very clean. Did everything the way it should be and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend"

"Ken has an eye for detail and he was able to articulate repairs need to keep your unit running for the long term. His work leaves no stone left unturned and his repair recommendations are based on integrity. I was very happy with the maintenance work and the additional repair that was required. I plan to have him back for because he gave me a fair price on a UV light and air purifier."

"Fontana Brothers responded to my Carrier Air Conditioner issue, Andre was very patience and seemed to be very knowledgeable. A solution involved the ordering of parts and which was handled quickly. The parts resolved my issues. It great to discover in this present world that excellent customer service is still provided."

"Unique installed a new HVAC system in February and it's been running like a champ. This was time for our biyearly maintenance. Our service tech was Felix and he was informative, helpful, and very courteous. Everything checked out (there was a minor problem that he repaired; no charge). Felix was FANTASTIC!"

"Marcus is incredibly professional and personable. He fully explained the problem with my furnace in a way that was easily understandable. He located the part he needed, went and got it, and returned here in good time. He fixed my furnace and it is now working like new. Marcus is an asset to ABC. I also, as always, am impressed with and happy with service I received from ABC. They tell you up front what it is going to cost you and there are never any surprise fees. I would never use anyone other than ABC to maintain or repair my furnace, air conditioning, or plumbing."

"Nate came out the next day and diagnosed my issues in less than 30 minutes! Had the repair done in under an hour! Awesome guy, amazing service 5 stars"

"I donâ t know if this is for my central AC or for the duct work. But I have the AC installed a few years ago. And it works great. But the ductwork is going to happen tomorrow I think. I will see tomorrow about that."

"A/C Tech was on time for a scheduled Preventive maintenance appointment, fully explained what the services he would be performing. Completed servicing of my a/c system, created and showed me digital photos of my a/c system and provided recommendations and a written estimate for future repairs/replacement. Price was very reasonable, will hire again."
