The overall experience was very good. The technician called 30 minutes ahead and arrived promptly.  He inspected the entire system- spent about an hour at my house and listed any issues the system may have had. He never tried to up sale any services and was very frank and honest with his advice.  The technician also went the extra mile and inspected the return compartment when he noticed the sound of water leaking.  He replaced the fitting for the condensate pipe and clean the entire compartment out.  I was  very pleased with the overall experience.
