We called for a mutually convenient appointment and as usual, Jake arrived on time. Jake is thorough and took care with protecting the walls and house. Setup and cleaning took about two and one half hours. They use professional equipment and give extra attention to high traffic areas and any stains. Some furniture was moved and protective foam or plastic was placed under furniture where carpet was cleaned and damp. We moved smaller items prior to their visit."
