"The process of remodeling our primary bathroom with Hill Country Tub & Shower was a pleasure from start to finish! We received a quote from another business first and that businessâ  s high-pressure and condescending sales tactics almost turned us off to remodeling entirely. Travis and John were a delightful breath of fresh air. John is the owner and we could tell he and Travis knew the work and had the experience. They also spoke so highly of their installers, by name. They weren't just sales guys that would hand us off to some unknown team of people we'd have to trust would do a good job. We really felt like we were in good hands so we agreed to the quote that day. Leading up to the remodel, they promptly replied to our emails and questions and we even had additional work added on to the original quote. We were concerned about the amount of dust and mess the remodel would produce and they assured us that they would protect our flooring and keep things as clean as they could. At the start of the remodel, Evan and team covered the bedroom floor, hallway, and even the stairs to help keep everything clean. Our project took 5 days and everyday, they cleaned up, even vacuuming!! Evan and his helper (apologies, we canâ  t remember his name), worked quickly and efficiently, keeping us updated on the progress, and showing up when they said they would! We were apprehensive about how painful the process was going to be after just having our downstairs floors replaced by another company. The team at Hill Country Tub and Shower, though, made the entire process a breeze! No pain at all! We love our new bathroom and are eagerly looking forward to having them remodel our other bathroom next year. Remodel Details: They completely remodeled our teeny tiny primary bath in a 1960s house. The shower pan had leaked into the primary bedroom so the bathroom sub-floor had to be replaced. They also moved a wall to expand the shower stall. We also had their drywall guy repair and texture the walls and ceiling in the primary bedroom."

"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. "If I could give Steve an A+, I would give it in every category. He and his helper Brian are the nicest, friendliest, most courteous and most professional contractors I’ve ever worked with. Steve’s tile work is beautiful. I couldn’t be happier. Since their next job wasn’t starting for a few days, I asked them to repair some rotting wood on my deck stairs, replace some blades on a ceiling fan and replace an outside faucet. They are a talented duo and strive for perfection in all their work. I already have plans to hire them for another project."

"Alejandro, L A Tile Solutions, gave me a very fair price for a large project: 1. Change laminate floors in the living Room 2. Patch floor in the kitchen 3. Install new window sills 4. Paint interior of the 3bedrooms/3 bathrooms house The job was done very well (quality-wise) , in the promised time-frame, and within the budget that we agreed on. Moreover, Alejandro patched & fixed small things around the house without extra charge (changed leaking faucet and charged me only for the price of the faucet). He was very professional and I will be hiring him and his company again for sure. I highly recommend him!"

"It was a 2 part job: Part 1 - a tear down of master bedroom en-suite double sink vanity and large plate glass mirror, painting and repair of ceiling wall cracks, installing new vanity and topping with quartz, and hanging 2 - 30x36 mirrors over new vanity. Part 2 - Total tear down of hall full bathroom. Tub removal and conversion to walk in shower, old sink and vanity replaced with under mount sink and new faucets as well as installing new quartz top. Linen closet upgraded to new cabinets and pulls. Walls and ceiling repainted and cracks at wall/ceiling edge repaired. A large boxed-in fluorescent light fixture over vanity removed and replaced with modern 5-light fixture. New towel bars installed as well as new tp holder and medicine cabinet door upgrade. All work was performed at a highly efficient and professional level. It is very apparent this contractor’s top priority is work is done to meet and exceed customers’ satisfaction. The experience was made as convenient to our schedules as possible and clear communication as to responsibilities of customer purchases and what was provided/covered by contractor. Overall an excellent experience. Price was competitive - good professional work, done correctly the first time is never cheap, but you get what you pay for and we are very satisfied with the work done."

"We bought a new under cabinet exhaust that needed to be installed. It was larger than what we had. Keith and Paul removed the old exhaust; rewired the new unit as it was hard-wired so they used the cord from the old unit; raised the cabinet up about 6 inches; and put in a new backing to accommodate everything. It looks fantastic and they took a lot of time and effort to make sure everything was done properly. I would definitely recommend and use this company again."
