"Robby's company was one of several estimates I received. I decided to go with Robby's company for several reasons. Besides reviewing photos of his other projects and seeing that he did quality work. He was helpful in working around my schedule. He also explained everything he intended to do and patiently answered all my questions. Robby was also fair in his pricing. When the job was completed, the wall was actually in better condition and in appearance than the original wall prior to the accident. I would recommend Robby to anyone looking for quality work, at a fair price, by an honest company."

"After dealing with numerous contractors, I feel compelled to share why I ultimately chose to give a 5-star rating to this particular company: Honesty - Right from the start, they were transparent about potential complications, which instilled a sense of trust in us. Their explanations made complete sense, and our trust was well-placed. Pre-construction Inspection - Prior to the demolition phase, we had concerns about rotten wood. Jacob and his team conducted a thorough pre-construction inspection, outlining possible scenarios. As it turned out, the issue wasn't significant, and Jacob honored his commitment. Workmanship - We were pleasantly surprised by the seamless coordination among the team. It was evident that they had been working together for quite some time. They treated our property with respect and consistently cleaned up after themselves. Quality - The end result surpassed our expectations, particularly in regards to the stone fabrication, which presented some complexities. They handled it exceptionally well. Timeline - The project was completed a remarkable 8 days ahead of the estimated finish date. Project Management - Jacob, the project manager, demonstrated exceptional competence. He was consistently on top of everything and promptly addressed any questions or concerns we had. Additionally, we received frequent photo updates before and during the construction process. "I usually don't use the cliche "we couldn't be happier," but we really couldn't be happier with our new paver driveway installed by Falkon. We solicited three bids from companies found on Angie's list. One estimate was really high. A second estimate seemed too good (low) to be true. Based on the Angie's List ratings, I expected Falkon to be about halfway between the two, but the Falkon was almost the same as the "too good to be true" estimate. After researching more and viewing the Falkon website which included past project photos, we selected Falkon for the project. Honestly, at first, I thought Val kind of rushed through the estimate/walkthrough, especially when compared to the experience I had with the other two contractors we spoke with. I'm not saying this to complain. I'm bringing this up to suggest that if you have a similar experience/feeling, don't let that scare you away. Val was always responsive to our needs throughout the decision-making process and the actual project. He never blew us off or made us feel like we were bothering him. Besides, what really counted was the execution of the project and the results. Both were outstanding. Val's crew appeared very experienced. They were punctual and professional. The progress they made each day was phenomenal. We have a pretty large driveway - approximately 1200 square feet with some curving on the borders. Day 1 - Demolished and removed/hauled away old asphalt driveway. Graded soil. Day 2 - Placed underlayments and compacted/graded again Day 3 - Placed all pavers - except for border. Day 4 - Placed bordering pavers and cut inner pavers meeting the border. We requested angled pattern requiring more (and angled) cuts. (By the way, we love the angled paver pattern. Worth the extra effort and cost.) Day. 5 - Filled in gaps between pavers. (about half day). Day 6 - Originally planned, but not needed because everything was completed on Day 5. We highly recommend Falkon Construction for any paver project you are considering."

"I decided to add 2 rooms to my home. I knew I had to find reliable contractor for that job and Golden Line Construction was perfect because I already saw similar job they did at my brother house. We agreed about price, it was more than fair and project started soon. There were some unexpected issues but it was resolved without loosing much time or money. "recently had Sharon with Cavalier Builder complete my earthquake retrofit, electrical panel upgrade and laundry room. This is my third time working with him and I had another great experience. I’m the kind of person who likes concise and informative reviews so I would recommend Cavalier builders to anyone for three main reasons: Communication, Expertise and Flexibility. Firstly, if you have ever had any work done you know how important quick communication is. I’m a mom of a toddler and I don’t have a lot of free time. Sharon is always so quick to respond and communicates through text, which is perfect for me. Sends quick updates, videos, and in person he is very helpful. I had him come quote me and he gave his opinion on what he thought needed to be done to get my house ready to sell. Sharon even told me what he thought I didn’t need to do, not many contractors would do that. He talks you through every step and his contracts are very detailed so you know exactly what to expect. Sharon and his team have a lot of expertise and are all very professional, this is the third time working with him and everyone has always come exactly on time, been super courteous, finished the project on time and left my house as clean as it was before. Finally, one of my main reasons I continue to work with Cavalier builders is their flexibility. It is a large business but everyone acts like a family. The benefit is that you can get a job done quickly and on time but they will also take on little jobs that are hard to get other big companies to do. I had a roof leak once and contacted a large roofing company, they said they were booked four weeks out, I contacted Sharon and I had it done one week later. I had an old wall heater that was broken and I wanted to remove it. I contacted a large heating and cooling company and they said they wouldnt do it. After three jobs I even recognize faces behind masks and worked with Eddie, Felix, and Sammi a few times. This is so important to know because if you work with someone who has long term employees it says that the work is good and the results are consistent and that the contractor is someone you want to work with."

"We have had problems with various contractors in the past trying to get work done the way we want it done and in a timely fashion. I have to tell you that Frankie and his construction crew are absolutely solid. We called him to come out and look at the work we wanted done, for estimating purposes, and he came out to see us the following Saturday. In our master bedroom, we wanted to eliminate a sliding glass door and replace it, and the window next to it, with large picture windows. After we agreed to his very fair prices, Frankie immediately ordered the windows from his supplier, and as soon as they were available, he brought them out to the house. He had to build a short wall where the slider he removed used to be, to support the new window. This included framing, drywall, stucco work, waterproofing, painting, etc. We also wanted to remove the carpeting from the master bedroom, a long hallway, and two small bedrooms and their closets upstairs, and replace it with hardwood flooring. Frankie designed the work for us and suggested flooring appropriate for the travel of a very heavy power wheelchair, and for general use. Soon after, Frankie and his team began work. Removing all of the carpeting and laying the new flooring upstairs only took them a couple of days to complete, and it turned out beautifully. The window work took just a few days more to complete, as structural work was involved. The finished windows turned out fantastic, and stucco outside and the paint inside, matches perfectly. They created a barrier where the door/window work was taking place, so that at night we were still able to use that bedroom. At the end of each workday, Frankie’s crew cleaned their work areas completely, like they were never there. We are happy with all facets of their work, coordination, design, and execution. Frankie was extremely accessible, overseeing all of the work that was done, and quickly addressing any questions that we may have had. He is the consummate professional, and seems to be able to repair, design, build, and renovate anything. These guys are the real deal. I would recommend them to anyone, without hesitation."

"We hired Builderzz to remodel our bathroom. The bathroom project hasn't finished yet but they have been great so far! They have been prompt and on time, excellent communication, and their attention to detail has been great. Unfortunately for us, we did't hire them to replace an exterior door. A different handyman tried to replace it but wasn't able to complete the project. In fact, it turned into a bigger, more complicated project than originally planned. We called Builderzz and asked if they could help us out. They came in and saved the day by replacing the exterior door in just a few hours! We were extremely grateful to have a working door again and thoroughly pleased with a job done perfectly. They were able to fix the problems the original handyman created and did the job the right way. Our bathroom remodel isn't finished yet but I have confidence that it will turn out perfect. Builderzz saved the day for us and we look forward to working with them again soon."

"Butel Construction is excellent. We found asbestos around 1929 pipes and Butel found a licensed company and scheduled the removal. Communication, my biggest issue in construction, was immediate. The subs all professional. And the tile sub was an artist."
