"I called because I could not turn off the hot water. They said, someone, would be there within 2 hours. The plumber arrived in less than 90 minutes. He was neat and clean. He set right to work. After 15 minutes or so he had taken apart the old faucet tried to make a repair but the faucet was not repairable - not surprising since the faucet was quite old. I asked if he could replace the faucet but the one I wanted he did not have on his vehicle. He called the office and they had one in stock. He was gone about 40 minutes. He installed the new faucet in about 20 minutes. He cleaned up after himself."

"I am one that usually does not write reviews,here I go. The technician they sent Paul Muro was on time both days he was here. Paul went over each job I had walked him through and he explained what parts he would be using and how he was going to do the work. I needed 2 showers repaired, 1 with a new fixture and one rebuild work. I had a faucet in the garage that needed replacing. I also had a inch and a quarter copper pipe leak on my pool, underground. One final job was to repair the outside hose bib. Paul did most if not all of the work done. He would have a helper, but this person would be called to another job, this happen twice during the two days of work. Ok I'm done writing my review, I know that it is long, but I could go on and I still couldn't say enough on how good Paul was on my home. Thank you, the only thing that got below A 5 rating was how much money it was costing. Have a good day."

"Wesley was fantastic! We were hoping to be able to extend the gas line from the fireplace to the stove but the piping was too small there to accommodate the stove we purchased. While he said it could be done, and was significantly less expensive, it may not be able to provide the 'power' the stove required. We chose to do it the right way, not the 'cheap' way, pricing was still reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. Highly recommended!!"

"Highly recommend! Sweetwater called right away in response to my online inquiry and came out that same day. We had a backed up bathroom sink and needed two leaky outdoor faucets repaired. They gave a free, reasonable estimate and after a quick trip for supplies, completed all our jobs within a couple of hours. Very polite, clean and efficient. They even sent a thank you card! "I am very pleased with the quality of work Matthew, Shawn and their staff did with the Main Sewer check valve replacement and the Main Shutoff Valve replacement. The Main Shutoff valve replacement and the Hydro Jet cleaning of the Main Sewer line was not part of the initial job to be done. Matthew authorized the added job without additional charge to the original quote I was given. Matthew and Shawn has great knowledge and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They gave me a fair price, they were very professional, thorough and polite, from beginning to end. Clear explanation of needed repairs, sound advice without any inkling of price gouging or questionable add-on expenses whatsoever. Respectable and conscientious, could not be happier. "Chris (owner) was great. He responded quickly to my inquiry for removing my under mount sink to install a new drop in sink and faucet and gave a free estimate. He was Punctual, knowledgeable, kind, answered all my questions and told me what supplies were needed. His employee Clayton completed the project and took the additional time to make adjustments to our countertop to ensure the sink fit properly and made sure everything was working correctly. He also cleaned up after completing the job. I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship and courteous manner of Authority Plumbing. Would definitely recommend."
