"Everything about my experience with Furniture and Repairs was positive. They clearly explained their assessment process and reasonable charge to come out to personally inspect my furniture. They explained that once an estimate was provided, upon accepting the estimate they would deduct that charge from my total cost. The gentleman they sent out to assess my furniture was professional and patiently answered my questions. The cost of repairing my 6 pieces of mid-century furniture was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work that they did. I couldn't be happier with the repairs. I inherited the furniture, and I was so nervous about substandard repairs, and these folks did an exceptional job. Some of the pieces were seriously damaged - wooden legs broken right off - and you can't tell where the damage was. They came to pick up my furniture and returned it in 2 weeks. "Having used Worley's Home Design Center to reupholster my couch and loveseat years earlier and then my dining room set in 2013, when it was time to remodel my kitchen, I went to Worley's.  Once the design was complete and I had picked out the tile, the cabinetry, the back-splash and the counters, the Worley's staff set a plan in place so that I knew who was going to be in my home each day and what they were going to do; and they never missed!  From Day #1 when they gutted my kitchen down to the bare walls and floor through the last day when I signed off on the project, every single person who worked on my kitchen was on time, professional, conscientious, courteous, and above all, superb at their craft.  The job called for their stripping my kitchen down to the base and then putting in a new sub-floor, tile, cabinets, counters, painting and finishing.  They did the work with the least amount of disruption to me and always cleaned up after every single day.  And every single task was done with perfection.  My personal motto has always been "Strive for the highest and never accept mediocrity."  When I found Worley's, I found a company that also strives for the highest in all that they do and they've achieved that goal three out of three times for me!  I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen; and when I'm ready to remodel my bathrooms, I'm going to call Worley's again because I'm a superbly satisfied customer. <br />"

"<p>Aaron is a very nice man and highly knowledgeable however his pricing is extremely over the top. His work in photos is beautiful however his pricing would be what is paid for new kitchen cabinets, not a small open back bookcase and entertainment center.  I've remodeled a kitchen with very expensive wood cabinets for the price of his bookcase proposal.  </p> <p>An  open back bookcase is less expensive, as is  paintable wood and a few doors 3-4 doors the quote was whopping $10,000 and we were not able to discuss less expensive options. I was extremely disappointed that  he didn't give a heads up on his starting prices. He was nice enough to the internet for other options. </p> <p> I visited a local retailer   Felton MacLaren and got a custom made bookcase and entertainment center from  a local cabinet maker in high quality wood for a ton less. </p> <p>Aaron a very, very nice guy and if I'd won the lottery or had very  deep pockets I  might consider him in the future but  giving them less expensive options is a part of good  customer service too, one size doesn't fit all. </p> <br />"
