"The estimator, Skip arrived as scheduled, was able to quickly assess the situation, gave a rough estimate and committed to a formal quote that evening and a team the next morning if we needed it, even though we were heading into the New Year holiday.The quote was right in the middle of the range offered and the team was on site exactly when they said they would be.  The technicians worked quickly and efficiently, got the area contained, opened up, inspected for mold and additional damage, cleaned and wiped down, and had dryers in place by early afternoon the same day.  After a couple of days of drying, the area was ready for repairs.  The process was handled extremely effectively and the third party industrial hygienist who did the routine mold test, was complementary on the quality of the work. <br /> <br /> The most important aspect of 911's response was how Skip handled the resident of the unit.  She was very anxious about the possibility of mold, and the other restoration company we got a quote from played up those fears, in effect putting her in near hysterics.  In dramatic contrast, Skip and Restoration 911 calmed her, explaining that this situation had none of the signs of mold, that the leak was clean water and the quick response would make mold very unlikely but they was carefully inspect the area and inform her if any issue was detected.  Finally they would treat the area with fungicide to ensure no follow-on growth.  Where 911 could have taken advantage of the obvious opportunity to increase its billing by simply allowing the resident's imagination go wild, Skip and team showed ethical and responsible behavior.  They did the right thing. <br /> <br /> We have complete trust in 911 and have since hired them for another water incident in the building, with similar positive results."

"Angel did an amazing job pumping out over 6,000 gallons of water from under our house! Diego came out very quickly to initially assess the damage and then Angel and his team started pumping the water out just a few hours later. They worked hard from 8pm to 2am! Angel was so kind, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process! He responded to all my texts so quickly and communicated with the office for me to get all the documentation that my insurance needed. He even followed up to make sure I had everything I needed. Angel came back multiple times to check on our house and make sure everything was drying properly and that there wasn't any further damage. He left the fans under our house for over an extra week for no additional charge to make sure it was completely dry. Angel was awesome and offered the best customer service!"

"I couldn't be happier with the service that I got from RestoreX at every point in the process and highly recommend them! They were professional, honest, and cleaned up after themselves! We had a bad water leak under the kitchen floor, the connection on one of the pipes that had been replaced 5 years earlier had failed and the water from the kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine was all accumulating under the kitchen floor. I called RestoreX on a Wednesday at about 4:45pm, they asked for the approximate square footage of the area which I gave them and they gave me an estimate over the phone. They sent a service manager out first thing Thursday morning and he established the damage had gone all the way under the dining room floor. He said they'd be out first thing on Friday to do the work, which they did. On Thursday afternoon they sent me a quote that was within the range they had quoted me over the phone even though the area was larger. The work was completed in about two hours and there was no mess left even though they had to take out all the mud under the floor (the water had luckily dried up because we weren't using the appliances). They left a big fan on the outside of the house attached to the duct in the kitchen until the following Wednesday to dry it up and sealed all the vents around the house. The duct collapsed over the weekend, but when I called on Sunday, someone answered and said they'd be out in the morning to fix it, which they did. Fantastic service, thank you RestoreX!"
