"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. "Overall it went very well. My husband says John A. was a bit later than the 1-4pm window but not very late, probably because of terrible Bay Area traffic. The installation went well and John hauled the old one away. That night we had really hot water so we were delighted about that. John even installed a little bathtub for the hot water heater with it's own little siphon so that next time there is a leak, the water will drain onto the garage floor rather than on the hot water heater platform and adjacent drywall. Thanks John!!! Everything looks new and shiny and professional. My regular plumber quoted me $100 or so less with the same or very similar water heater but couldn't do the job the same day. We didn't want to go another day without hot water so we didn't mind paying a little extra. The man who answered the phone (Paul?) was very helpful and informative and answered all of my questions and gave me a window within a few hours of my morning call. Both plumbers quoted using Bradford White Ecodefender 50 gallon water heaters. This service was done for Anne Gregory and Jeff Chung on June 1st, 2017."

Within 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. Without even asking (or expecting!), he reconnected the dryer vent which we had unconnected to see if we could fix the problem.
