The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). We will definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing work we need done!"

"The whole process was very smooth. They came out and spent a couple of hours assessing the problems...turns out we had several. The water heater burner had failed and was under warranty. But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped.
