"We were impressed with Jason’s presentation of the Mitsubishi system, and we really appreciated learning about the HERO program from him. We got a good estimate,ate for the work but were planning to do our roof repair first with adding solar and thought we would do this job after. Things worked out with that Jason got our work scheduled and done BEFORE the roof/solar which worked out because in Sept/Oct we still had some hot days, Thie crew was professional and extremely hard working, and poor guys, in hot weather, sweating in our attic/crawl space. Which they left with improvements! The system was up and running (2 downstairs units, 4 upstairs) in 6 working days. After a week we did have a problem, nothing worked and they came out promptly to troubleshoot, ordered new circuit board and installed as soon as it arrived. Been running fine since then, and this is also heating so I am looking forward to heating with solar instead of gas."

"TECH BRIAN CHECKED-OUT A ROOF-TOP A/C AND FOUND THE CONDENSATE DRAIN HAD NOT BEEN INSTALLED PROPERLY AND, IN FACT, THE OUTPUT DRAIN FITTING WAS BROKEN. BRIAN WAS ABLE TO REPAIR THE BROKEN FITTING AND INSTALLED A DRAIN PIPE THAT WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM. BRIAN ALSO CHARGED THE UNIT WITH COOLANT. "Due to several copper pipe leaks in our walls over the past few years we opted to "bite the bullet" and have our entire house re-piped. We met with Ed, the project manager, for our 3rd estimate. He spent plenty of time with us answering our questions and was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done. We discussed copper vs. PEX and went with PEX. What won me over was 1) the best price, 2) the drywall repair work was included, and 3) they offered to cover up the holes in the walls each night so I did not have to board my cats (that alone saved me a few hundred dollars). The re-pipe installation took 4 days...we have a tri-level home and the drywall work only 1 day! We had maybe 40-50 holes. Both crews did an excellent job and cleaned up nicely each day. Included in our cost of service is a whole house water filter system."
