"Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. "Tree roots had lifted the wall to where it was cracked in several places and literally had finally fallen down in one section.  Rigid Masonry cleared all of the debris, redesigned and rebuilt the wall (and installed a steel plate about 2" above the root).  I did not contract them to repaint the wall.  I'm very happy with the results.  The crew was incredibly friendly and did a pretty thorough job of cleaning up afterwards.  So far there have been no issues.  I'm sure I could have paid less with another company but I really don't think a lower price would have gotten me a properly built, structurally sound wall.  The expense was well worth it and I strongly urge those who have masonry needs to give them a call.
