"Thomas (the technician) quickly diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and recommended a replacement part. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I would highly recommend Neli as a low cost alternative to expensive appliance repairs."

"He did a good job but had a bad attitude, I don't know if he was just having a bad day or is always that way. But he definitely wasn't very happy about something . I had used them before and even asked for the previous guy because he was so friendly and helpful, but he was no longer with the company."

"Vince came to look at my oven, which was only heating to 200°. He was very nice and professional. He confirmed the oven was not operating properly and suspected either the board was bad or the temp sensor. He did not have the sensor, so made another appointment to return. Unfortunately, the problem was not corrected with the new sensor. Vince only charged me for the $75 service call.

While my experience was positive, I am now suspicious about this company. On Angie's List they go by "Appliance Repair For Less." Their web site says they have a A+ rating with the BBB. However, I could not find their business name on the BBB. Their invoice has the name A-1 Appliance Repair.

A-1 Appliance Repair has a F rating with the BBB
.
This strikes me as suspicious and dishonest. I would never contract with a company that has such a low BBB rating.

"due to the unseasonably cold temperatures, all plumbers were swamped with emergency work on frozen water lines, etc. so, Adam's appointment was a few days later. in the interim, we bought a replacement faucet that we had him change out.
Adam came on schedule and demonstrated where and why we had a leak in our kitchen faucet which leaked water under the cabinet below the sink. we purchased a replacement faucet the day before he came, taking this opportunity to change from a chrome faucet to a rubbed bronze replacement  was something we had intended to do for a long time. so, we had Adam remove the old faucet and replace it with the new faucet.  he did this quickly, without a problem, and left me impressed with his skill. definitely worth it. Adam is very customer friendly and very professional. I would use him again without hesitation.

"Steve (the owner of Elite Appliance Repair) and Kevin arrived within the scheduled time window, though they had called ahead of time and said they could be a little late. They very quickly diagnosed the problems with our 14-year old washer (two circuit boards and a support strut) and recommended that given its age, we consider buying a new unit. Because they found the problem so quickly, they even waived the normal diagnostic fee, simply asking that we call them in the future! Simply can't get any better response and service!"

FAQs for appliance (major electric appliance) installation and replacement projects in San Manuel, AZ

A pro starts by setting the units in place and connecting them to the right plumbing lines, electrical circuits, and, for the dryer, a vent. If the hookups already exist, the job is quick. When they don’t, the installer must add plumbing, outlets, or a vent run, which takes more time and increases the price, especially when the laundry area is located far from existing utilities.

You’ll need the right pros for a tight stacked setup. A natural-gas plumber handles the water lines, drain, and any gas work, while an electrician installs the circuit the dryer needs. If venting or framing changes are required, hire a general contractor to patch the drywall or adjust the framing so that everything meets code and operates safely.

Permanent models need complete plumbing, electrical, and—for dryers—vent hookups. Portable units skip most of that and can run on a standard outlet with a temporary water connection. If your home already has a code-approved hookup, you just connect the new appliances. If not, hire a licensed pro to add the lines and vent so the machines run safely and efficiently.

Relocating a hookup costs between $500 and $5,000, as it may involve installing new outlets, gas lines, vents, and drain pipes. The price increases when the new location is far from existing utilities or requires additional framing and drywall work. Have licensed professionals evaluate your layout, provide a quote for the move, and handle the installation so that every component meets code and works safely.
