"I can't rave enough about Zoom Drain. I hope I am leaving it for the correct branch as I understand this is a franchise. I asked my service technician which location they are based out of and he said Escondido. I had a shower clogged in my house and I usually just hand snake it. My snake is 25 feet long but the clog was beyond that. I visited Angi's List and it recommended several plumbers. I got several but the most courteous was Zoom Drain. They offered to come out in the morning and take a look with a no obligation quote. They told me they did not know what it was but a service technician would come out and quote it. Sam M. came out and he arrived on time exactly at the time they said they would be here. He sent me a text 30 minutes when he was on his way. He arrived with an apprentice and they were very neat and put on booties before they entered my house. They diagnosed it and quoted me $291 to unclog it. He said they would also guarantee the work for 30 days."

"2 months ago We needed to replace the pipes in our house after having serveral leaks. Pablo Solis and his team were friendly, prompt & did a great job! They kept me updated as they completed the project and made recommendations when needed. "Excellent service! We scheduled Plumbing Plus to replace the hot and cold cartridge's in a sink faucet and a tub pop-up drain and overflow gasket. Jared N. quickly assessed the problems. The faucet was so corroded with water deposits that it could not be dismantled to simply replace the hot and cold cartridge's. So Jared replaced the entire faucet with a high quality replacement. After the tub pop-up drain was replaced, Jared checked for leaks by looking in a 'trap door' in the ceiling below the tub that was left after the tub was replaced in an earlier remodel. Jared discovered that the entire tub drain was leaking and need to be replaced, which he did. He also corrected a problem with the drain pipe left from the previous remodel. Although the job was much more complex than expected, Jared was professional, efficient, and extremely cheerful throughout . We highly recommend Jared and Plumbing Plus"

"<p>We had discovered that our water meter was continuing to run, even though we thought we had no water on anywhere.  We found Top Notch Plumbing on Angie's List, and we are so glad we did.  Gordon referred us to a leak detection service, and then came out afterwards and fixed the leak that was found in our son's bathroom.</p> <p>That leak required cutting a hole in the closet wall to get to the pipes because of the age of the fixtures.  Gordon also referred us to a drywall company who came out the very next day to repair the drywall.</p> <p>He also pointed out to us that the main water shut-off valve to the house was not completely shutting off the water.  So he fixed that as well while he was here, as well as replacing the knobs on the shut-off valves in our guest bathroom.</p> <p>We have a drain in our laundry room that needs snaking every 6 months.  Our previous plumber recently retired.  We will definitely be using Gordon at Top Notch Plumbing for that as well.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"All correspondences with the company has been excellent. The office has been pleasant and helpful every time we've had to call them. They probably need to work on their courtesy calls for letting you know they are indeed coming out when they said they would, but I called prior just to make sure as one of the days I took a whole day off work when they were going to upgrade the panel and switch the old lines to the new ones. I would like to note that it was after hours that I called them and they still got back that night to confirm they'd be coming early the next day. <br /> <br /> All of the technicians were professional and courteous, including the lead, which was Charlie. He's come out each time the work was done and he has been very informative and thorough when answering questions, giving advice, and going over all the work that has or was going to be done. They've always been punctual and never missed an appointment and when new work was requested while they were here, it's always been slotted and the work has been done when they've said it was going to be. They even came on a Saturday to accommodate my work schedule. <br /> <br /> In the future we'll be landscaping our entire yard, including more electrical work and lighting and we'll definitely be using them again!"

"The tech was professional and arrived on time.  The general routine cleaning went fine.  However, the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. He did notice the unit leaning a bit and straightened it out, but a couple of months later during another hot spell the unit was leaking again.  I called them and they sent the field manager who cut and replaced a very crooked condensate line and it appeared all was resolved.  Fast forward 10 months of rare usage: after 3 days in a hot spell - the leak reappeared.  I shut off the a/c and waited for a good 5 months before calling a different plumber who blasted out the main condensate and the secondary line, and tested it by running a gallon of water through the line.  I don't believe the line was sufficiently cleared if at all, the first two visits with Carini. This seems like a pretty routine issue with condensate lines so I'm disappointed that it would have been either overlooked or insufficiently cleared out. <br />"
