"I have always wanted an enclosed patio for my backyard but I decided to do a catio instead. I wanted to have a place for me to relax and have an area where my cats could play without having to worry about the heat. I contacted Integrated Outdoor Designs when I saw the amazing custom builds they had on their website. Kyle was very helpful in coming up with a design that would work for me and my budget. He took the time to understand what I wanted and came up with a design that exceeded my expectations. When my catio got started I was contacted by Kent who would be the project manager. Between him and Kyle, all of the details where taken care of. The two main contractors that did the majority of the build were Mike and James. I can't say enough good things about their work. They were friendly, courteous, and one could definitely see the years of experience they had. The people at Integrated Outdoor Designs are not only experts at constructing one of a kind outdoor builds, but they take care of everything for you...from permits to setting up appointments with contractors to getting materials. They also did a fabulous job in cleaning after themselves when they were done. I now have the perfect, bright, and cozy place to relax and enjoy the outdoors without having to worry about the heat. My cats are also having a great time exploring the new addition and climbing on the cat shelves that were customed built just for them. I would highly recommend Integrated Outdoor Designs to anyone looking for a high quality, custom build whether you want a patio, sunroom, or even your very own catio."

"Excellent work and very professional staff"

"Very professional, arrived on time. great work my walls look new. Thank you so much for doing this project for us! Highly recommend."

"Excellent! Jesus quickly grasped the concept I had in my mind and helped me size it up and pick the materials. He and crew showed up when they said they would and when finished I had something I was very pleased with and proud to show my family and friends. I definitely recommend J&Y Remodeling for any patio or deck. The cost was more than reasonable. I understand he does interior remodeling as well so that's next on the radar."

"We reached out to them to have handle a stucco project for us and they were very prompt in their response. We spoke to several people who gave us great advise, however they are in Austin not Dallas so were unable to use them."

"The Diamond Decks team is the "go to company" for any of your building contracting needs. Kyle, Val, Scott and the entire team did a great job building our patio cover addition. When other contractors could not see our vision, Kyle was able to and quickly bring it to fruition. When a seam developed in the panelling three months after the project was completed, DD came out and replaced/re-stained the panelling at no cost. If you want a company who stands by its work and takes pride in a job well done, DD is for you."

"John and his crew did a tremendous job installing new siding around the entire house and building a patio covering. John transformed an unusable slab on concrete into a beautiful outdoor seating area. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and timeliness. The project only took about 4 weeks from quote to completion. I highly recommend using John for any outdoor projects."

"Communication 5/5 Quality of work 5/5 Budget and pricing 5/5 Ease of project 6/5 On Schedule completion 5/5 TLDR: The most hassle free, prompt, ahead of schedule, high quality, price sensitive project I've ever dealt with. Would whole heatedly and HIGHLY recommend. The long winded: I've owned multiple homes over the years and have had 3 pools constructed on my properties. Whether pools or renovations I've had extensive experience with contractors sub contractors and the like. My latest project was the most ambitious yet. And having dealt with the myriad of pool companies in the past I wasn't too hopeful. Delays, shoddy work, bait n switch etc. I am used to it unfortunately. That is until I met Jeff from Water Rock. There's a distinct difference between a guy who does something for the love of money and someone who does something for the love of doing it. Jeff is definitely the later. I mean dudes an artist. My experience with Jeff n Water Rock has been of nothing but pure joy and pleasure. Being a doctor I don't have the time to deal with contractors or chase em down coz they're behind schedule etc. I was upfront with Jeff that my time is tight n I don't want hassle. He assured me, gave me his word and DELIVERED on his promise. First of all, he spend time listening and understanding what I wanted. Asked questions and made suggestions. He took my vision, and put it infront of my eyes on the computer. I had never seen anything like that. Then the quote was below I expected I mean thousands below. My neighbor paid almost twice as much as me for half the pool and none of the upgrades (don't tell him lol). Jeff scheduled Literally every step of the project to the day. I got constant updates and progress reports. Jeff made himself available anytime I had a question, concern or an idea. Something as simple as me talking to a worker about an idea, prompted Jeff to call and speak to me. AT LENGTH! The pool was finished under budget so I paid less than agreed upon price, and ahead of schedule. We got to play in the pool for a couple of days before the big reveal party. The finished product looked EXACTLY like I saw it in my head. The two changes made with prior approval actually made the pool experience better. We spend way more time at the pool as a family than I had anticipated. It's utterly gorgeous and might I say the best pool on the street. The attached outdoor kitchen gets more use than our regular kitchen and I've rediscovered the grillmaster in me. I absolutely love the stone floor and the waterfall is my wife's favorite. The view out the kitchen window and breakfast nook is nothing short of breathtaking. Most of all I truly appreciated the utterly hassle free experience. And I can't stress that enough. I had been so tired of dealing with people who promise and don't deliver but my time has hanged since Water Rock. I would highly recommend Water Rock for literally any of your pool needs. Up next, a kitchen remodel. :-)"
