"**Highly recommend FDL Plumbing!** Francisco from FDL Plumbing was prompt, professional, and efficient. He arrived at 10am to diagnose my water heater issue and clearly explained my options. After discussing pricing, we agreed to proceed, and Francisco had a new unit installed by 11:45am, exceeding his initial timeframe. Francisco was a pleasure to work with â he completed the job expertly while maintaining a friendly demeanor. His work ethic and competitive pricing (especially for San Francisco) were refreshing. Thank you, Francisco, for the outstanding service!"

"My water heater was leaking and I needed it fixed asap because we had no hot water and I have small kids at home. Robert came, he saw the problem and fixed it fast and efficiently. He was professional and polite and the price was right. I will definitely call him again in the future. And have recommended him to family and friends. Thank you Drain Right Plumbing!!"

"Excellent! Jess is awesome & job well done. My gas is back on.?"

"Excellent service by Cornelio & Edson. They came for an urgent same day service for the bathtub handle that fell off. Upon further inspection they found the pipe to have been rusted & stuck. They went above and beyond to repair. Extremely satisfied with their service, they are reliable and I would highly recommend."

"My wife and I bought a house a couple years ago, and became owners of a radiant heating systems installed more than 20 years ago. Tony and Damian did a great job of understanding how my radiant heating system works, what repairs were needed/what was failing, and where upgrades were needed. They replaced the pump, both expansion tanks, and the neutralizer. Additionally, they noticed the hot water tank was installed incorrectly, and the hot and cold water connections were flipped. It's amazing the system worked, and it's nice to have a system that's correctly installed (even if it's 20 years later!). Additionally, they secured the expansion tanks to the wall (now required by code), replaced the deteriorating copper pipes connected to the neutralizer with plastic (I'm sure this is code now as well), and re-routed the overflow pipes to the outside (rather than the floor!). You can't go wrong with these guys, well done, they're true craftsmen to the trade."

"We've been working with Mike Counsil for over 8 years - clogged drains, water heater, new toilets, and most recently a sewer re-pipe. Yes, they may be more expensive than other companies, but with Mike Counsil you get what you pay for - quality work. A big shout out to Rudy and the whole team - they are hardworking, reliable and courteous."

"Very quick response when I called them and did an excellent job clearing my blocked down spout drain. I highly recommend them."

"Had a water leak in under the floor in my kitchen. These guys came out and solved the problem. They had to run new pipe inside the walls so they didn’t destroy my finished floor. They even patched the walls and cleaned the mess. Good service and work was done in fair amount of time"

"Leo and his crew were very professional and on time. The replacement of the old galvanized pipes was seamless."

"I had my water heater installed by Octavio, and everything was absolutely perfect! He was professional, on time, and made sure the job was done right. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and the quality was great. I’m extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work done."
