"Very professional , with high quality work. The company has extremely high integrity and transparency on parts. I would highly recommend to anyone needing refrigerator repair work."

"We needed someone to fix our Samsung dryer. Ivan responded immediately. The weather on the day we called was bad, it was raining. We expected he would service us the next day. Surprisingly, he came same day we called and repaired our dryer! Certainly recommend him to others."

"My washer/dryer had too much damage. The repair technician told me that while he could fix it, the final cost would likely be greater than purchasing a new unit. I appreciate his honesty and would rely on his opinion in the future."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Great service! They came out to fix my cooktop, were super friendly, explained everything clearly, and got it working again. Really happy with the service!"

"Sargis did a great job with my Samsung dryer repair. It didn't take him more than 20 minutes to diagnose the problem and once he identified the problem, he had the replacement roller/belt with him. He was able to repair it right there, the whole thing took less than an hour. Very happy with the service. I also got the vent cleaned with LimeBricks, Sargis pointed out that the dryer would be much more effective once I got that done."

"Diagnosed was not a repair of the dryer itself, but company does not provide dryer vent cleaning service so had to pay service fee and then hire a different vendor for the vent cleaning."

"Called GVC this morning because my dryer was not working and Gus called me right back and scheduled an appointment for this afternoon. Thankfully he had the part on his van to fix my dryer and was able to repair it. Same day service! Can't get any better than that! Gus was very polite, and finished the job quickly and effectively. I will definitely recommend him."

"The service tech called me when he was on his way and was on time for our appointment. He had the parts to repair my dryer with him. After replacing the component he Checked that all the setting were working correctly before he left and explained what he was checking and how he determined what part was bad."

"My wife owns a rental property in Mill Valley. The tenant reported an issue with the dryer -- or possibly the venting that directs the hot air and lint beneath the house and then out into the atmosphere. One service provider said it was the dryer (and couldn't fix it). Another provider said it had to be the vent (and didn't fix it). Something that seemed simple turned out to be very difficult; our tenant was without a dryer for months! Finally, I started searching on HomeAdvisor and found Eugene Butler. I didn't know him and had no experience working with him before. But I got a "very good vibe" about him and happily hired him to go out and take a look. He went right out there and fixed it in a matter of minutes (it was the vent, not the dryer). I don't know why this had turned into such an ordeal, but I do know this: For future jobs like this, my first call will be to Eugene Butler of C & D Sales & Service. Thank you, Eugene."
