The technicians (a two-man team) arrived on time within the specified window, and were extremely polite and very personable, and they even put on those shoe covers so they would track any debris into my basement. The service was completed in about an hour (no issues), and they were more than willing to answer my questions. I went through the "checkout" procedure right through one of their tablets (paid by check), and I had my receipt emailed to me before they even left. The final cost was the price that was quoted. They were efficient, very easy to deal with, and very professional. I would definitely utilize their services in the future, and would recommend NRG to friends/neighbors.
