Their communication is outstanding from Michelle's initial visit and proposals through tank delivery by Corey and most centrally through all of Steve's installation work and coordination with inspectors, electricians and me. "The water pump for my over 16 year old central air conditioner stopped working and, as a result, I discovered water in my basement. I searched Home Advisor for a company to fix the problemand selected NSHEC based on customer reviews. I was able to schedule a service call online for that afternoon, then had a few questions about the issue and repair that I wanted answered before having them come out. I called and left a message, they returned my call within minutes, discussed my issue, explained what the possible issue was, how long it would take to fix it as well as the estimated cost of the repair. The technician, I believe his name is Jake, arrived on time and had the part on his truck. He quickly made the repair, explained what he did and that it is common for the these pumps to eventually stop working. If that should happen again in the future, the new pump was wired to shut down the ac and getting water in the basement would now be averted. The final cost was a few dollars more than the phone estimate, service was very prompt, the technician knowledgeable, quick, very pleasant and answered all of my questions before and after the repair. I wouldn't hesitate to call NSHEC again should another issue arise in the future."

"This was a service call for a annual tune-up/inspection of my boiler and water heater. Great communication from the beginning. Andrew, my primary contact, was the first vendor to reply with a quote, which I thought was very reasonable, and NRG had great reviews on HomeAdvisor, so I booked the appointment. The technicians (a two-man team) arrived on time within the specified window, and were extremely polite and very personable, and they even put on those shoe covers so they would track any debris into my basement. The service was completed in about an hour (no issues), and they were more than willing to answer my questions. I went through the "checkout" procedure right through one of their tablets (paid by check), and I had my receipt emailed to me before they even left. The final cost was the price that was quoted. They were efficient, very easy to deal with, and very professional. I would definitely utilize their services in the future, and would recommend NRG to friends/neighbors.
