"John replaced the house sewer line due to tree root intrusion and adressed a recent city main sewer line backup. The scope of work included digging, old sewer line replacement, installing a back flow check valve to prevent future city sewerage backup and refill and level the dirt back to grade. John was very careful and considerate of the landscape during the work with minimal disturbance to the area. He was very efficient and professional from the project scope, quote, schedule and project completion. "We recently moved to Huron and the house we purchased has a gas water heating system which we have never had any dealings with.  When it seemed to take a very long time to heat the house we were concerned.  I called Gilbert Heating and Air Conditioning because there were tags on the furnace showing that they had previously serviced it.  Even though I had never used this company before, they scheduled me for 8:00 am the next morning.  This is a much better turnaround time than I have ever received before from any service company.  A technician named Tanner showed up on time and was very helpful.  Although there turned out not to be anything wrong with the furnace, Tanner gave us some tips and explained the heating method to us.

"Dustin at Prime Construction and Flooring did a great job of repairing two patio door frames that had rotting wood at their base (see pictures). He came out and gave a complete assessment of what was going on and his plan to make repairs - along with a quote. When he arrived to do the work he reviewed his plan with us and asked if we had any questions. During his repairs he kept us informed of his progress. While working on the second door frame he uncovered an unexpected situation and suggested two approaches to correct it - giving us the pros and cons of each choice so we could make an informed decision. We were very happy with the completed work (see before and after comparison pictures) and staying within his quote. During his two days of work he arrived on time, kept the work area organized, and cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend him."
