"Upon arriving home on a Sunday my garage door would not open.  I called several companies some answered some did not being a Sunday.  The ones who did wanted an additional fee just to come out on a Sunday.  When I contacted Precision their dispatcher told me they do not charge extra and they could have someone out in approximately 2 hours.  When they arrived and inspected the situation they told me that one of the springs had broken and  needed to be replaced.  I asked how soon could he get one and when could I get an appointment to have him come back and install it.  He replied I have everything in the van to replace it right now so there isn't a need for a second trip or any additional fees.  A couple hours later the garage door was fixed and worked better than new.  I couldn't have been more impressed with the service they provided.

"John is professional, flexible, timely and honest! We originally purchased a tune-up package through Angie’s List. John arrived on time and listened to our concerns and suggested to tune-up or replace. We considered replacing “down the road.” John happily oiled our tracks, adjusted the springs and gave us new door info. Almost a year later, we called John to replaced our garage door, all hardware and a new Lock Master 8500 garage door opener that uses a deadbolt for added security. John arrived on-time, installed exactly as promised and said that he would come back in about a year to ensure all is working properly. If we have any questions or concerns, to give him a call. "I called Davids Garage door and spoke with David himself. I ask him about replacing a garage door opener. He asked if I had the opener or if he needed to bring one. He explained the differences to me and then gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He came out and I told him that I wanted to replace two doors but was going to wait till spring. I had already got a quote from a big box store. He gave me a quote which was better than the big box and another company. Never did he try to sell me but instead just educated me. I ended up getting two doors installed and 3 garage door openers. David was fun to work with, having a great sense of humor and communicated as to everything he was doing.
