After they uncovered the extent of the damage they were able to communicate all of that to the insurance without the owner having to worry about a thing. "They came out the same day and did some of the job. They were supposed to come the next day to finish and didn?t. I had to call and ask them to come again. Especially after being told it takes less than 24 hrs for mold to start growing that was a big concern. They did come out and at least get the walls open and the fans on most of it that day. The third dat Tanner came out. I guess he is the owner. He told me he would be there all day to watch over their referal for the pack out company (American packout) as they moved my stuff out to clean and launder ect. He left as soon as I left for work and these two men were there the whole day and they rifled through my drawers and stole 1200$ cash out of one of my office drawers upstairs away from where they should have been. Before I left for work I told Tanner it was important to leave my gates and house locked.The pack out men left my front and back doors unlocked and the gates were wide open. I would NOT recommend either one of these!"
