She is organized, knowledgeable and is an experienced designer. Olivia, her husband, and their team were the most professional group of people we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Every call and email were answered immediately. We had no idea on how to go about this process, so we just left most the decisions up to Olivia. Our couch, ottoman coffee table, 4 smaller ottomans, and 8 arms chairs were reupholstered. They also painted a 1970’s Drexel Heritage bedroom set and a foyer table. Everything turned out beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. It was a joy to work with Olivia. "Windows were measured efficiently for custom blinds. After being manufactured locally, they were installed shortly after, also done very efficiently. Two small valances had been measured incorrectly, but the company mailed replacement valances of the correct size, which easily snapped in place. The company also checked back with me to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the product, which I am.

"He would be installing a variety of treatments that is a total of 12 window treatments, blinds and shades. I certainly took into account the comments on Angie's List and I really didn't have time to evaluate other providers. He gave me an estimate, I called him back and said basically if what can they do in addition to discounts and I don't want to go anywhere else. They gave me an additional 10% off. Honestly he was pleasant when he came to the house. I had experience with the window treatment industry and he did everything that he should have been doing so I knew what he was doing was right and the comments on Angie's List definitely helps, I'm pressured with time anyway and I wanted them in before Thanksgiving. He didn't call back, I think a left a message on Thursday and he didn't call me until the following Monday, I think he thought I might have actually ordered from somebody else. He was very responsive beyond that and he also gave me a discount when I asked for it."

"Everyone with Dixie Glasshoppers was a pleasure to deal with, being especially friendly and helpful in explaining the different types of glass shower doors available. I had the master shower retiled, and was unsure which type of shower door to use. Kelly took measurements and explained the difference between framed and frameless doors. I chose the less expensive framed door, and I am very pleased with it. Although the door was more expensive than I expected, I feel I purchased a very good quality product. The guys did a beautiful job with the installation."
