"We contacted them on Sunday, 05/10/15 and they contacted us that day.  We requested that they come the next day and Carlos came and gave us an estimate on the work that we needed done.  Carlos also looked at our other trees and gave us good advice on what we need to do in the future.  The estimate was very reasonable considering what needed to be done.  The crew came and did it that same day.  Everything was done, cleaned up, and hauled away.  We watched from the back porch and gave the crew a standing ovation!

"I used Landscape Innovations for two projects a few weeks ago. The first was to replace my Bermuda Lawn with Palisades Zoysia and the second was to replace a generic walkway to my front door with a new Stamped Concrete walkway. Since I left a pretty mixed review for the sod replacement I feel like it is only fair to give a good review for the Concrete work done by Landscape Innovations. The removal of the "generic" concrete walkway and installation of a new stamped concrete walkway went very well and was completed in one day. They allowed me to pick the exact path that I wanted for the concrete forms and made sure that the color (red brick to match the house) was what I wanted. We are very pleased with the work and get many compliments from our neighbors on the new walkway."

"The project was started on the 5th of March and completed on the 16th. J.C. , Wayne and Austin were great and attentive to the project, being here on time and notified me when they were running late.  They were professional, work was done efficiently and they cleaned up after each day they were here.  I had some concerns over some areas but Wayne was quick to assure me that they would be addressed and finished to my satisfaction. The bathroom now has more storage space than before and I will be able to place a nice cabinet in there of my choosing.  The laundry area was enlarged just enough that when I have to replace my washing machine I can place a standard one there.  I have a small one that came with the condo and it was a tight fit in the beginning but now I have ample space for the newer styles. Installation of my water heater was done by Kurt and he was great, he even took care of a leak under my kitchen sink, forever grateful-THANKS!  The last day the team was here to finish up the small details and complete the remodel the final phase was the clean up of my concrete floors.  I was truly amazed that these guys were able to completely return the flooring back to a clean floor.,  You would never had known they had been here or that there had been a project done. I definitely would recommend this company and I have already discussed more remodeling with J.C. sometime this fall.

"The Blue Sky team was exceptional in their craftsmanship and responsiveness to our specific needs, including building from our sketches and descriptions of the kitchen and master bath re-do. They were patient and good-humored as we made decisions and sometimes changed them mid-stream. Lanny kept us informed and followed through on every detail. "The process went mostly smoothly. The initial estimate was done, but after having several estimates, it became clear there was a math error from TPC, but Ramone came out quickly to fix it. We picked our granite, and Ramone was very understanding when I had to repeatedly reschedule due to an injury I had sustained when building and installing the cabinetry (nothing too serious). The team had to review our kitchen again to ensure everything would fit as expected, as they were not sure if they were going to be able to have the grain flow in the same direction throughout the kitchen. Unfortunately, that led to TPC rescheduling with us, which they communicated poorly. However, they did a great job when they came out, and were very professional and courteous."
