"BUYER BEWARE!!. 1st measurements were taken December 10th (work took 17 weeks). Cost was THEN $1022. I delivered chair and hassock for final measurements. I asked for back cushions with rounded tops to match the back of the chair. They remeasured and added another $18 for them. When I went to pick them up the back cushions were very large pillows that they said I ordered and measured (I didn't measure anything they did) the owner said he can fix the cushions the way I first requested and I should add buttons on them to make it look better. I agreed. Upon the next pick up the back cushions were shorter then he described they would be. and the edges were uneven (not rounded). The women explained because of the changes I wanted they didn't have enough material to perform the task. (why not inform me of this at the last meeting). Then they added another $168 to the bill. I had no choice except pay and retrieve my furniture and leave."

"Hydrotech pools refinished our pool white pool to a light blue. Their site describes a first rate process and guarantees excellent results. We noticed immediately that the pool had very poor coverage as the old finish showed through in multiple areas. Photos were sent to Damian and he promised to come out and refinish appropriately. The attached photos show the very poor quality result. After stringing us along for more than a year, I have finally decided to post a review describing the poor quality job and the utter lack of customer service. We have been attempting to communicate with Damian regularly for more than a year and he has had ample opportunity to make the job right. The company claims to be a reputable company, however the treatment we have had from Damian at Hydrotech pools is very unprofessional and shameful."
