"I had them restring a woven wood shade in our kitchen. Unfortunately (not their fault) the string broke again. Todd explained to me that it appeared to have been cut (he showed it to me). I have no idea how it happened, but I am convinced that it was not their fault. Normally, strings slowly fray and eventually break. He repaired it for me. I expected to receive a bill but never did.
