"Best work on air conditioner start up I have had in the 4 ears I have been in New Mexico. Garbage disposal replacement work was perfect. Called to let me know they would be a few minutes late. Removed defect disposal and installed new disposal. Left information on new unit. Told me to call if I had any questions. New unit is much quieter. Estimate and cost were the same! I will use Ortega for all my plumbing and heating and cooling needs!"

"Steve was amazing and found the leak in less than an hour at the exact location to show the plumber. He and his assistant had state of the art equipment and could not have been nicer and more informative about the whole process. Steve even walked me through some steps to take over the phone on a Sunday afternoon before coming out and fitting us in his full schedule Monday because I had a flood. Great Company. Great service."

"The workers for UNIVERSAL PLUMBING & HEATING were very courteous and efficient. I have built a great relationship with them and they are very fair and moderately priced."

"Excellent! Alex did a great job. We have used Finch's plumbing several times and used him this week to installed a new sink, waste disposal, 1 kitchen faucet, and 2 bathroom faucets.

"Wonderfully. The installers were thorough, professional, on-time, patient with instruction, and even fixed one or two things outside the scope of the work. I've used TLC for many different kinds of projects in my home, from the very small to replacing all the piping underneath my house and yard so I've experienced their work quality and the quality of their interaction with the customer. They're professional through and through, and I feel confident when I use their services. And their estimators are excellent as well, staying in contact before the job and answering all my questions so that everything works out. Can't say enough good about this company and the quality of their employees and their work."

"This was the most thorough furnace inspection and cleaning I've had in over 15 years using my system.  The Tech used a variety of equipment to measure and check all components of the furnace, and to check the temperature of the air into and out of the vents.  I was very impressed with the service call and will use this company in the future.

"They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.

"The job was to be completed in one week. On Thursday I decided to stop by the job and Jonas told me he did not have enough tile. I asked if when he picked up the tile and signed the invoice did he actually count the product. Jonas said " you are accusing people of being dishonest". I said no, am asking if you verified the product picked up, Jonas said "that is not my job". I also asked how he would have finished the job if I had not just happened to stop by. No reply from Jonas. I went and bought more tile. The job was finished and I paid Jonas. After Jonas left I looked around and saw that the toilet was filthy and the bathtub was scratched and dirty with gritty stuff. I also saw that my dumpster had been used for left over grout, tile, and a large bucket. I sent Jonas an email September 23, 2016 at 4:05 asking what the grout would do to the drains in the bathroom and told him the bathtub was scratched and about the dumpster. I have received no reply."

"They are prompt to arrive for the job and do good work. We had them install a new pump for our cooler and have now signed up for their annual maintenance plan ($193/year)."
