"Sean, from Zoom Drain, was able to clear the blockage using a hydro jet machine. It cleared the line of black sludge that had settled over the years, narrowing the diameter of the pipe. Sean also sent a camera down the pipe after clearing it just to make sure there were no other blockages. Our sink is draining easily now and I would recommend Zoom Drain to anyone with drainage issues. Their service was prompt and on time and Sean followed all the covid safey guidlines while working at our house. He also cleaned up and sanitized the whole area afterwards - definitely 5 star service."

Nick was on time with crew, explained each step as we went, and made sure to answer any questions I had about the work. Nick jumped right in and began the digging even as his crew was arriving. By checking the sewer line, 2 additional breaks were discovered caused by nearby cypress roots. Fortunately, a relining process saved us from having more of the yard dug up, and carries a 50 yr warranty. This was a 2-day project and you cannot tell anything happened there; our front garden was preserved during all the work. Costs were in keeping with this type of in-depth work in the area. "Very grateful for Fed! My Momâ s house had an issue with water not draining properly. Called Fed for a quote; he showed up the next morning and got to work on the issue right away. He was working by himself for awhile since it was Sunday, and had to dig through tons of rocks and roots since the land in our area are filled with stones. There were roots in the sewer line as well as buildup in the pipes; the pipes were so clogged that there was barely what seemed to be 1/8th or so of the pipe where the outgoing water/waste could flow through. He replaced parts of the line with pipes which roots would not be able to penetrate through, which gave us peace of mind as there are a lot of trees in our area. Fed and his team also added a sewer access and he replaced the filters in the toilet tanks as well. Thank you so much for helping us resolve this huge plumbing issue! "Finally, a plumbing company that is 100% honest, very responsive and charges a very fair price! My main line was totally clogged with roots. Dirty water was backing up in my tub and my toilet would not flush. I hired a different contractor that came out, charged a hefty fee only to penetrate a small hole in the clog (to drain the water) and run a camera through the line. I was told that they would have to use a high pressure water jet to clear the line and that would not be available to do the work until 4 days later. They quoted me an outrageous price! I then called JD Plumbing and got to talk to the owner (James himself) and Danny S., a plumber, to get a second opinion. They told me that the water jet is not necessary to clear the line and in fact there was significant risk that my bathroom could be flooded by high velocity water backing up and overflowing my toilet. Danny came out sharply at 8:00 AM the next day and cleared the line in about an hour. I ended up paying less than one third of total cost had I followed through with the first company that came out. I was very impressed that the owner would take the time to talk with me and be so truthful. Danny was awesome! A very professional, hard working and supper friendly guy. A stressful experience with a very good ending thanks to JD Plumbing."
