When I called to schedule my appointment, the customer support rep I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions before booking. I’ve had to make a lot of service calls lately, and this was by far the best customer support experience I’ve had. They sent Derrik K. out to inspect my old water heater, and he was fantastic. He walked me through everything, explained my options clearly, and didn’t mind that I tagged along during the inspection to understand what was going on. I really appreciated the transparency and patience. On top of that, their quote was very competitive compared to the two other companies I had come out. Highly recommend. And if you can, ask for Derrik K."

"Our water heater went out on Christmas Day, so no hot water for us (or for a big event we had planned for the 27th). We contacted Ben who came over on the 26th, assessed the situation, and returned early on the 27th. The new heater was working before noon. Ben was knowledgeable, honest, efficient, explained everything, and very reasonably priced. Thanks for the great service!"

"Gilbert was easy to deal with, drove some distance to help me THE SAME AFTERNOON, replacied a messy 20 year old water heater and greatly upgraded my hot water system. He did everything to make it codeworthy, came in to deal with the vent in my attic. All this at a lower price than a number of other bids. "

"Way to pricey for the level of work preformed. He's Charged and independent plumber and charged me $275 to twitch out a cartridge plus tye cost of the part. Finding out the steps were; unscrew the handle, turn of the water using the shut off valves in the pipe, unscrew the cartridge, replace cartridge, turn on water, and screw handle back on. He charged me $275 for labor and the part was only $130. Definitely extortion pricing. When I asked why was labor so much he saif because he had to go to two place to find the part and he's working on a Saturday. He's like a taxi, kept the meter running while driving around to get the part and he seemed to be under the impression that I forced him to work on a Saturday. I will not use again and I do not recommend. He should price fair by the level of difficulty of a job and not just by what he feel he is owed."
