"I had a clogged storm drain. The company returned my call right away and send the technician on the same day. Felix seemed to be knowledgeable and gave me options upfront. He came back with a helper the next day with a snake camera and a water blaster. They figured out that my 6”D pipe got melted and warped during the fire. They removed the damaged end and replaced it with 10’ of new pipe same day. They hauled the trash away. Per my request, Felix took pictures of the job process for me to submit to the insurance company as we are still mending the property after the Woolsey fire. The company has performed excellent in every aspect while others did not return my call so promptly or did not have required equipment but I would encourage one to collect more bids if not in a rush. I paid $2250 for the job and I had nothing to compare it with."

"After speaking with Kevin (CEO) about the merits of the One Water System, and my own online followup, I bit, and was scheduled for installation 5 days later. Juan, the installer was on time, courteous, self-effacing, humorous, knowledgable and highly skilled. He replaced the ugly functioning plumbing (piping) with a more contoured professional appearance. After the system instalation, function test, old water softener packed and area cleaned. I was given an outline of positives results to look for.  And, as of 2 weeks after installation, I am very pleased with results. Faucet run faster, wife says hair and skin feels better. "Setting up the appointment was easy. They offered to come out the next day but I needed to wait until Friday, my day off. Mike showed up on time. Did a good professional job removing and installing a new 50 gallon water heater. Mike also tested my water pressure and noted it was too high. For an agreed upon small additional charge he replaced my pressure regulator and a shut off valve."

"Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business.
