"Felix and Santangelo responded quickly to our call and came out to give a fair quote without overstating the work to be done. They were friendly and easy to work with. I would call them again for future jobs. We ended up using a different pro who was equal on service but lower on the price."

"Cost of water heater was higher than expected but service was great!"

"I called Water Heaters Only out of desperation on Sunday...Seth @ toll free # was fully aware of our tenants being without hot water for 2 days and was able to get a technician out on Monday morning. Monday @ 5 pm, hot water was up and running. David, the technician knew what had to be done to get the heater up and running. The next day, we did have a hiccup with a part but David came out immediately and tweaked the part -- all is good. Here is what I like -- 1. no sales pitch. 2. David gave me a plan b for possible additional work. 3. this company is available 365 days and you dont have to wait for parts to be delivered from out of state. 4. Water Heaters Only has their own facility for parts."
