"Handyman had problems installing a chandelier in kitchen (t would fade out when set at higher brightness), two exterior light fixtures which caused the interior lights to not come on correctly. This caused a shorting out of the wiring. They replaced two additional fixtures and helped me change burned out bulbs on the highest exterior sensor lights which help light the way as there are skunks, bears, elk and foxes which frequent our property. <br /> The guys came out, Troubleshot the the issues the morning I called them, they replaced additional sensor lights on the exterior of the house for us. <br /> Repaired the Exterior Trip for House which my husband installed backwards and got it working correctly. <br /> Fast and efficient work by two men. <br /> They did a fantastic job. <br /> I would highly recommend them. <br /> Very happy customer who will use them again! <br />"

"Yesterday afternoon we noticed that the hot water pressure relief valve was leaking some hot water out onto our side yard. Called Joe and he said he would pick up the part and install it on Sunday (Easter...Today). We checked it later and the leak had intensified to fill our bucket every half hour. Called Joe again and he said he would come over and plug the valve outlet that night and again would pick up and install  the pressure relief valve on Sunday. He showed up quickly with a plug device and sealed the outlet. The following morning he showed up and installed the valve. He then graciously answered several of my unrelated problems/ questions and gave some great advice. <br /> <br /> It's always a pleasure to deal with Joe. I feel very comfortable with his expertise and professionalism. He is always accessible and shows up as promised with the parts needed."

"A hail storm had damaged the roof to my mother's home. I contacted Lawrence Martinez of Villa del Sol for an estimate. He promptly made an appointment and actually kept the appointment. I informed him of the price range I could afford. He priced the work within the limits I had set. Once the replacement propanel was available, Lawrence scheduled a date to commence work. He and his work force showed up at the time he stated. He and his crew worked diligently on my roof until completed. If there was to be a delay, Lawrence promptly phoned and notified me. He kept me in the loop the entire time he worked on my roof. As in any construction activity, accidents do happen. A piece of trim had been stepped on causing a crease in the material. Lawrence immediately notified me and made the appropriate corrections. He and his crew are an honest group which bolstered my confidence in his work and craftsmanship. Lawrence is a general home remodeler. My only experince with him is in the roofing arena. If his other areas of expertise are half of his roofing expertise, I will not hesitate to highly recommend him to others.
