"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."

Anthony immediately assessed the situation and said he could make a minor repair and that this would resolve the problem. We asked Anthony several questions about and quot;efficiency toiletsand quot; etc. and in our opinion he gave us very direct, specific, knowledgeable and valuable information. We decided that for us a new toilet was most appropriate. <br /> Anthony quickly secured quotes and we opted to have him get us and install a Toto toilet in the master bathroom. Mike was very knowledgeable and thorough, checking everything out, explaining what our options were, and answering all our questions. "We have been using Simmons for years. I had tried several other companies and always got poor service or completely ripped off. Very tired of this in Albuquerque! Simmons Plumbing is an above average constant! I trust that they won't overcharge or say one thing and do another. They aren't the most affordable, but they are the best workers and when they give you a quote, even if it's much harder and takes much longer, they honor their quote (redoing our exterior pipes to the city was ****). They are polite and prompt and I'm thrilled we have one company we can trust. Thank you Dean & Co."

"The servicemen were prompt and professional and installed the cooler quickly; however, they did not install a new duct despite the rusted existing duct. They did not clear the gravel to make a pad for the cooler on the roof, and the first time it rained, I had a puddle in my house. Even though the serviceman measured the grille, the new one did not fit, and I was left paying an extra $130 to get the ceiling repaired to accommodate the new grille which was 1/2" smaller than the original. I also ended up paying an extra $480 to get a roofing company to seal the cooler, duct seams, and fix the damage done to the roof."
