"We called at 8:30 on a Monday morning. Brenda called back within 15 minutes to confirm that Lino would be onsite within about an hour. Lino called 30 minutes later to indicate he was 15 minutes away.Lino arrived at 9:30 and took apart the drain and removed blockage (improper food in garbage disposal). All repaired in about 30 minutes (paid for one hour minimum). Great Service!

"It went well. The plumber called to let me know he was running a few minutes late. He examined the garbage disposal when he arrived then the pipes under the sink. He pointed out some issues with the pipes under the sink and with the installation of the current disposal. I had been suspicious about this and agreed with his assessment. He rebuilt the pipes under the sin and installed the disposal. Nothing leaks now! The garbage disposal works as expected. I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism and the installation.

"Sergio arrived punctually and analyzed the materials he would need for the repairs. He went to a local near-by hardware store and purchased the necessary sheet rock, which I paid for as it was an extra item. In order to get at the damage, he had to pull off a large 4x4 section of peg-board that itself had been torn. We discussed what might be done to replace,the peg-board but made no decision at that time. I left him to do the work, but when I returned, he had removed the peg-board so carefully that it could be remounted and used again, over the now completely repaired and re plastered damage! He also had spied a crack in the garage ceiling that I had overlooked, and repaired it with tape at his own initiative! Impressive work! I would call upon D&R again for this kind of repair. They also do other kinds of construction work, such as replacing cracked sidewalk or worn driveways."

"Our experience with Jonas was fantastic from start to finish.  He responded quickly to my inquiry and was able to come out right away and give us an estimate for the job.  He gave great advice, helped us choose the right tile and layout, and gave us a very fair bid.  Once we got the material and scheduled the install, he started on time and did just a fantastic job, even with unexpected challenges with our slab.  He was flexible with a number of mid-job changes with regard to the trim in the room.  When he left, everything was clean and he had taken care not to leave any damage behind.  I was extra impressed that he realized that the water feature in our front yard was severely low on water and he went out of his way to fill it up.  He had no reason to do that and it just goes to show how thoughtful a contractor he is.  We plan to hire Jonas for any future tile job and highly recommend!
