"Tom & Norma Stady came to our house to repair the washing machine. Not only were they friendly, they also gave us expert advice. In addition, they provided excellent customer service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these people for any kind of appliance repair."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"He was prompt, knowledgeable and even had the correct repair kit for the make and model of my dryer. Diagnosed and repaired in 2 hours. Couldn't be better."

"Very knowledgeable, informative and provided excellent service. Will call for any future appliance repair."

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."

"Rudy was very professional and polite, he took care of my dryer on the same day and the price was very affordable, I really recommend this company and definitely will hire them again"

"Very professional and explained all repairs ."

"Leo Sierra is a brilliant technician and I am so glad we have his skills in the El Paso / Las Cruces area. I was amazed to watch all of his work as he replaced the compressor that failed in our LG refrigerator. In August 2020 he was operating as a one-man shop, so there was no customer support staff to back him up. Still, he did a decent job of keeping me posted on the parts order and scheduling. I would rate Leo 4.5 on communication, 5.0 on repair skill, and 5.5 on expertise. (Whiners should shop somewhere else, Leo does not put up with that.)"

"Very good service; highly recommend A-1 Appliance."
