"I want to start with the fact that this review is over a year old and with time I remain very happy with the services I was provided. Overall Danny was very professional. Quality of work was very good. The price was fair. Danny stands by his work and now I suspect it is cause it was done right from the start. This job was extensive requiring tearing down the shower to what studs were salvageable and concrete. New custom cabinets, countertops, vessel sinks, standalone tub, lighted mirrors, added heater and exhaust, as well as additional lighting. Of course all the tile was done throughout and toilet replace. He even made a custom very solid barn style door where none existed into our master bedroom. After interviewing 6 contractors for this job I am glad we chose D.R. and he is the first person we call when we are ready for our kitchen remodel. BTW he helped us with obtaining financing. He took disbursement of funds based on work completion level all spelled out contractually. Have recommended him to any of our friends who have asked."

"<p>Nu-Tec did a superb job of building our home!  From the very beginning until the day we received the Certificate of Occupation Ed and Keith were engaged with us. They recommended an architect to assist with the floor plans and throughout the building process both Ed and Keith made suggestions on how the construction could be improved. Cost saving improvements - yes.  Cheap - no!!!  They do  quality Work!!!  Unfortunately for me, my job required me to move to Virginia, but I felt comfortable that the Nu-Tec Team would not let my wife down and would listen to and follow through on all her recommendations/ideas.  They did not let us down. They even credited us for some changed materials that we both agreed upon and passed along the savings to us. Not many builders will do this!</p> <p>Ed or Keith, sometimes both, were always on the job-site to supervise the workers.  They were always available - Always on call for us.  They made sure the work was being done to our specifications and that the quality of the work was excellent. We followed Nu-Tec's advice and chose the subs he recommended for the stone countertops, the custom cabinets, and the tile setting. All their subs did quality work. </p> <p>The entire Nu-Tec crew were very professional and easy to work with. They answered all of our questions and made useful suggestions throughout the process. We are extremely pleased with the results. "Mr. McNellis was really nice and was able to come out right away to assess our repair needs. He gave a really fair quote and even broke it down for us so we could see exactly where the money was going. He then was also able to get the job done within the next week and had his guy, Enrique, come out and do the work. Enrique was equally as nice and did an awesome job matching the grout and caulk to the existing color. It only took him a few hours and afterwards it was like he wasn't even there (well with an exception of the fixed grout and seams) ! The bathroom was cleaned up with no dust or dirt residue. It was great working with both Mr. McNellis and Enrique and I look forward to working with them again soon."
