Jonathon was very informative and came over the same day to give me a quote . I had talked to other companies and I didnâ t feel like the quality was going to match the price that they quoted, but with Premier I felt they were honest about what we needed and were ready to do what was necessary to get the job done. On the day of install , which only took two days to finish!, the Premier team showed up and weâ re ready to work. Everyone was polite and looked professional . The workmanship was top notch. And when it was all installed and time to fire it up , it worked flawlessly . All in all I would highly recommend Premier Heating and Air for any upcoming projects . My family and I can now live much more comfortably through the heatwaves we get here in the Santa Ynez Valley , thanks to Premier Heating and Air!!"

Guillermo he came right out. He is after working for a large air conditioning company he is starting out on his own. Very very knowledgeable, most polite, and he did above and beyond fixing the conditioner. He took down three filters and washed them. He was so reasonable I gave him extra $ 50. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
