Other plumbing issues were found, and while they offered to fix them all, didn't pressure me to get them done; just alerted me to them and advised I get them fixed when I'm ready. When, after they left, I discovered another problem that was marginally related, I called them and Stan came back the next morning and fixed it -- at no charge.
